Horizontal Flat Cutting Frozen Meat (Bone) Slicer is a bone meat deep processing cutting equipment developed by our company in accordance with the market demand. This equipment has won the national invention patent (patent number: 202310105353).
This equipment adopts the sawing method and transverse structure, which can saw and cut the frozen meat and bone ingredients at -20ºC into even and straight slices with maximum cross-section, which can greatly improve the yield and moulding rate of the subsequent cutting, shredding and slicing processes.
The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and can be directly rinsed and sterilised by high-pressure water gun after the work is finished.
The set adopts gas-electric combination of power structure, the whole machine equipment by the host and pneumatic lifting folder material conveyor belt composed of raw materials into the ingredients without human intervention, pneumatic pressure material, automatic reciprocating according to the cut transmission, greatly improving the efficiency of the work, to ensure the safety of the staff. Slicing thickness can be adjusted according to the user's needs CNC, convenient and quick.
