Firstly, there is the pushing motion, which uses a push rod to smoothly and accurately push the meat placed in the cutting groove towards the blade area. Subsequently, the cutting motion began to take effect, and the blade quickly and accurately cut the meat, transforming it into the desired size of diced meat. The collaborative work of these two actions ensures the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of the cutting machine.

The meat dicing cutter is in compact structure. It adopts the use of optimized sanitary design. Both of the machine casing, the cutting knife paling are made of stainless steel. Cutting knife adopts the use of double-edge cutting which enables the machine high efficiency. The minimum size of the meat cube is 5mm and the maximum is 30mm.

1.Independent power switch

In order to facilitate customers to use the plug, we have specially designed an independent power switch. After completing the work task, just turn off this switch and the indicator light on the machine will automatically go out, effectively saving energy and extending the service life of the equipment. This design makes operation more convenient and also reflects our careful consideration of user convenience experience.

2.Control system

Valve block: We specially selected valve blocks from Taiwan, which are famous for their durability and precision. But in older models, we noticed that after a period of continuous cutting, its advancement speed could slow down.

Automatic stepping: We have introduced the automatic stepping function. This innovative design can intelligently adjust the advancement speed according to the softness and hardness of the raw meat. Specifically, when the raw meat is relatively soft, the advancement speed will be slowed down accordingly to ensure cutting accuracy; when the raw meat is relatively hard, the advancement speed will be accelerated to improve work efficiency. In this way, we ensure the uniformity of cutting size and provide users with a more stable and reliable cutting experience.

3. Knife holder

The grid knife, commonly known as the knife holder, has a unique design that ensures efficient and stable cutting performance. The tool holder adopts an integrated tool head, which is cast from raw materials and processed by a precision machining center. This structure gives it excellent resistance to deformation. Its fixing method adopts a two-point design, and the stress points are concentrated on the two diagonal corners of the tool holder to ensure stability and durability during the cutting process.

Compared with split-type cutter heads, integrated cutter heads are less likely to deform after long-term use. If the split blade is deformed, it will cause the distance between the large knife and the grill knife to expand, thereby increasing the risk of continuous cutting, especially when cutting fresh meat.

In order to further improve the stability and durability of cutting, we have specially widened the knife holder. The current width of the knife holder is 25mm. Compared with the previous 8mm split knife holder, the overall strength of the knife holder has been significantly improved.
